MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION FORM
The Central Florida Consortium of Private School Counselors (CFCPSC) is a non-profit professional organization serving the needs of independent schools in the Central Florida Area. The CFCPSC is open to all college/guidance counselors from independent schools in the Central Florida area regardless of race, gender, religion, national origin or disability.
Membership Categories (new members only)
Individual Member: may attend all consortium meetings and end of year luncheon. However, Participation in the Central Florida College Fair requires Institutional membership status.
*Individual membership fees = $25.00 paid annually.
Institutional Member: may attend all consortium meetings and are entitled to full participation in the Central Florida College Fair and all other consortium sponsored activities.
*Institutional membership fee: institutional membership fee is a one-time fee based on the number of juniors enrolled at your institution during the first year of membership.
0 – 25 = $100.00
25 – 50- = $200.00
51 + = $300.00
